<p>An automatic assembly apparatus for a needle roller includes: an inlet hole (100) connected to an automatic needle roller supply device, wherein the inlet hole through which a needle roller (300) passes to a rotator (130) is eccentrically disposed with respect to a rotation center; a flexible connection tube (120); a twist-prevention rotary joint (110) between the supply device and the rotator (130); a tube (120) disposed on the rotator (130) to allow the needle roller (300) to pass; a discharge unit (170) disposed under the rotator (130) to push the needle roller (300) in a circumferential direction; a stopper (180) for preventing the needle roller (300) from being dropped when the needle roller (300) draws out an assembled gear (190); a lower rod (210) for seating the gear (190) and moving the gear (190) to an assembly position; an actuator for lifting the rod such as an air cylinder (220); and an actuator for rotating the rotator (130) such as a motor (230).</p> |
