PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation support in consideration of the gradient of a road. SOLUTION: An information processor 1A includes a deceleration action detection unit 21 for detecting the deceleration action of an operator, a gradient information acquiring unit 22 for acquiring gradient information on a road where the vehicle is running, and a gradient information learning unit 23 for learning gradient information. The gradient information learning unit 23 learns the gradient information acquired by the gradient information acquiring unit 22 for a prescribed time when the deceleration action detection unit 21 detects the deceleration action.
