<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose for filling hydrogen with improved resistant hydrogen gas permeability and with largely improved pressure resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An inner surface layer 2 is made of thermoplastic resin with gas permeability coefficient of dry hydrogen gas at 90°C of 1×10<SP>-8</SP>cc cm/cm<SP>2</SP>sec. cmHg or less. Each of reinforcement layers 3 has braid structure constituted by braiding PBO fiber f. A braid angles of A1, A2, A3 of the PBO fiber f of these reinforcement layers 3a, 3b, 3c are set to be larger toward the reinforcement layer of the outermost peripheral side (A1<A2<A3), the braid angle A1 is set to be from 43°or more to 51°or less, and a braid density coefficient K of each reinforcement layer 3 is set to 1.0-4.5. Therefore, internal pressure is efficiently transmitted from the first reinforcement layer 3a on an inner peripheral side to the second reinforcement layer 3b and the third reinforcement layer 3c on the outer peripheral side, to attain high reinforcement effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
