A WCDMA adjacent cell interference control method, device and WCDMA system are disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The method includes that: the feature information of each user terminal inside the non-handover region of a cell and the adjacent cell having the same frequency thereof (that is the region outside the boundary of the downlink coverage region of the cell) is acquired; then the interference terminals of the cell are determined according to the acquired feature information, and the control instructions are transmitted to the cells in which these interference terminals locate to control the power of these interference terminals; thus the interference to the cell caused by these interference terminals, which locate outside the boundary of the downlink coverage region, is controlled.
