Provided is a method for preparing kiwi fruit, which comprises a step of forming kiwi slices by slicing kiwi; a step of forming stacked layers including a step of a lower sugar layer to cover the bottom of a container with sugar, a step of forming a kiwi slice layer to contact one side of the lower sugar layer with one side of the kiwi slice layer, and a step of forming an upper sugar layer to cover the other side of the kiwi slice layer with sugar; an initial aging step of aging the stacked layers; and an aging step including a step of separating the kiwi slices and the solution after the initial aging, a step of boiling the separated solution and a step of adding the separated kiwi slices to the boiled solution and aging. Also, provided is kiwi fruit tea prepared by the method for preparing kiwi fruit tea.
