<p>The present invention provides a dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type, and a variable control method therefor. The dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type variably selects and controls chemicals used in the whole process with an intelligent algorithm according to the types and concentration of target contaminants such as taste and odor causing compounds such as 2-Methylisoborneol (2-MIB) and geosmin, which are produced by the algae in the source water, and microcystin or highly concentrated turbid materials, and the membrane pollution level. The dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type can control chemicals with a feedback by a pre-learned mechanical model. Also, the dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type forms flocs by mixing with chemicals due to the water current diffusion by inputting coagulants into the immersion type membrane filtration module to process the discharged water from the pressure type membrane filtration module, and stabilizes the pressure difference between the membranes in the membrane filtration process for the discharged water, thereby increasing the degree of integration and the recovery of the dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type, reducing the consumption of chemicals and energy through intelligent operation of the whole process. Furthermore, the dual mode membrane filtration system with a pressure-immersion combination type can improve the chemical injection method without considering the conventional seasonal change pattern of source water by variably controlling the operation method of the whole process according to the membrane pollution causing materials.</p> |
