Provided is a motor which improves a shape of a permanent magnet and reduces a leakage magnetic flux. The motor includes a stator which has a stator cores and a coil wound around the stator cores; a rotor which electromagnetically interacts with the stator to rotate; a motor shaft which is combined to the rotor and rotates with the rotor. The rotor includes a sleeve which has an axis hole for inserting the motor shaft; rotor cores which are arranged to be separated from each other in the circumferential direction of the rotor; and permanent magnets which are between each rotor core to be radiately extended from the sleeve. The permanent magnet has a thicker scattering prevention part compared to an internal side end and an external side end which is between the internal side end and the external side to prevent the scattering toward both sides of the radial direction of the rotor when the rotor rotates.
