The FBC Steel Casement Window Installation System is an entirely new approach to the Installation Methods employed for steel casement windows. As a result of this innovation, the entire steel casement window may now be pre-manufactured in modular form at the factory, finished, glazed and painted, before installation. This novel and innovative system makes use of an outer structural frame with pre-drilled holes and welded attachments that allow for the easy mounting of the main window modules. This outer frame is used by masons as a pattern to ensure that the window opening is plumb and level, and properly squared. Once the concrete surface around the window opening is completed and has properly set, painting of the structure walls commence. Only after the painting works are finished will the workers anchor the outer frame to the opening, carrying out minor adjustments to the concrete surface where necessary. Subsequently the main window modules are delivered in complete form and mounted onto the outer frame with pre-welded bolts. An inner frame covers the bolts and provides a measure of security and safety. The FBC Steel Casement Window System has several distinct advantages over the old: 1. Ease of installation, with a built-in process that forces the masonry workers to produce high-quality results; 2. Elimination of guesswork and bad handiwork in the construction of the window opening; 3. Speedy completion of construction projects; 4. Simple connections and mounting detail that any worker will comprehend; 5. Due to the simplified installation process, the main window module can be mass-manufactured, saving on costs and taking advantage of economies of scale; 6. Workers can easily install the main modules, because these are in modules of only two (2) leaves, which, although heavy enough, are easily manageable by two people; 7. Under the FBC Window System, the windows are mounted in pristine condition, free of scratches, paint spots, concrete splashes, or dirt, as the windows are mounted AFTER all major construction works are already completed; 8.
