<p>The present invention provides a packing device. The packing device comprises a pallet; a lower pad which is mounted on the upper surface of the pallet, and includes an upper plate, a lower plate, and multiple reinforcing materials bonded between the upper and lower plates, wherein the upper plate has multiple support base insertion holes formed thereon; a packed-item support base which has a box shape having opened upper and lower parts to be inserted into the packed-item insertion hole of the lower pad, and includes a cut part and an inner concavo-convex part formed to be interlocked with a concavo-convex part formed on the side of the lower end protruding part of the packed item to support the lower end of the packed item; a box sleeve which is mounted on the upper surface of the pallet, and has the lower pad, the packed item support base, and the packed item accommodated therein; multiple upper end support bases which prevent the packed items from moving from side to side while maintaining a space between the ends of the packed items in the box sleeve; multiple fixing bases of the upper end support bases, which are combined with both ends of the upper end support bases on both sides of the inside of the box sleeve to prevent the upper end support bases from moving back and forth; multiple reinforcing columns standing on the internal edge of the box sleeve; and a box cap covering the upper end of the box sleeve. The packing device can more firmly and stably pack an object which is difficult to stand due to bottom surface having lower end protrusions and has multiple irregularities and upper end protrusions.</p> |
