The present invention relates to a texture coating composition for a part of a vehicle, which comprises 20-50 wt% of a thermosetting resin, 1-10 wt% of a thermal expansibility microsphere, 3-20 wt% of a pigment, 1-20 wt% of an additive and residual solvents and may additionally include 5-20 wt% of a hardening agent, and to a part of a vehicle including a paint film formed thereby.
