PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a survey vehicle suitable for a reactor container internal survey at the time of emergency and to provide a survey device in the container and an image processing method.SOLUTION: A survey vehicle includes: a camera 42 and a control board 41 mounted in a longitudinal direction of an upper part of a rectangular main body 40; and 2 sets of crawlers 43a and 43b installed in a lower part of the main body 40. The crawlers 43a and 43b includes a crawler directional change means 45 to change installation position between the longitudinal direction of the rectangular main body 40 and a direct direction of the rectangular main body 40.
