The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a DPM type LED lighting using a hybrid heat-dissipation base and insert injection, the method comprising the steps of: printing an insulating layer on the upper surface of an aluminum plate by means of insulating ink; printing an electrical circuit pattern on the upper surface of the aluminum plate, on which the insulating layer is printed, by means of a high-temperature conductive sintering paste; printing PSR ink on the upper surface of the printed circuit pattern on which the electrical circuit pattern is printed; forming a lamp body by insert injection of an insulating material and the plate on which the insulating layer, the electrical circuit pattern, and the PSR ink are printed; printing cream solders on the soldering part on the upper surface of the printed circuit pattern of the plate and then automatically mounting LED chips; soldering the LED chips by applying heat to the cream solders; and connecting a power line to a printed circuit pattern connector through the hole inside the lamp body. |
