Provided is a method for generating an electronic document file comprising a step for monitoring the generation and the change of the electronic document file; a step for receiving a policy file comprising document level setting information received from a server and a security processing policy; a step for searching a business internal information-related sentence from text data extracted from the electronic document file; a step for calculating the exposure score of the electronic document file based on a search number and document level setting information; a step for assigning a document level for the electronic document file based on the exposure score; and a step for inserting a watermark into the text of the electronic document file displayed in a client device based on user personal information received from the server. The present invention is provided to offer enhanced prior security and post security in comparison to electronic document files comprising the business internal information, thereby preventing the leakage of business internal documents.
