PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically insulative heat-conducting sheet which has an additional characteristic such as flexibility while holding a high thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: A heat-conducting sheet comprises a composition which includes: platelet boron nitride particles (A) having an average particle diameter of over 10 to 60 μm; and an organic polymer compound (B) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 50°C or below. The platelet boron nitride particles (A) are included in the composition within a range of 45-75 vol.%, whose longitudinal directions are oriented with respect to a direction of the thickness of the sheet.
