<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft-provided polishing flap wheel which has a simple structure allowing firm fixing with a thermosetting resin alone and is excellent in workability with less occurrence of shift or vibration.SOLUTION: The shaft-provided polishing flap wheel is provided with a slit part formed by cutting, with corner rounding, and removing a part of a side of an inner peripheral end part of each polishing cloth piece. In the vicinity around the slit part, a flabellate adhesion part in which a thermosetting resin expands in a flabellate form is formed integrally with the thermosetting resin of the shaft core part and fixed, together with the inner peripheral end part, to each polishing cloth. The thermoplastic resin of the shaft core part has a thickness in the width direction of the polishing cloth piece and is formed integrally with an umbrella-shaped build-up part composed of a thermoplastic resin and built-up conically around a metal shaft.</p> |
