<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering method and device in image processing.SOLUTION: The filtering device includes division means for uniformly dividing a first filtering window into a plurality of blocks, determination means for determining a filtering window area on the basis of relevance between a central block in the plurality of blocks and the other non-central blocks, and filtering means for performing filtering processing of an image in the determined filtering window area. According to the filtering method and device, when eliminating noise, without exceeding the boundary of an object in filtering, information of the other objects is prevented from having an influence on a filtering result. In addition, filtering and a window size can be determined with one path, and a delay of time due to the conventional method of two paths for determining a window size after edge detection can be avoided.</p> |
