PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase variable device capable of varying the phase with low loss by a simple configuration, and to provide a suitable antenna device, diplexer and multiplexer by using the phase variable device.SOLUTION: A plurality of more than two resonators are provided. A plurality of coupling lines couple the plurality of resonators in serial. A bypass coupling line performs bypass coupling of the resonators while holding at least one resonator, out of the plurality of resonators coupled in serial by the plurality of coupling lines, therebetween. Coupling switching means is provided in the bypass coupling line, and turns the bypass coupling on/off selectively. Input terminals are connected with the input ends at the first stage of the plurality of resonators. Output terminals are connected with the output ends at the last stage of the plurality of resonators.
