<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform spiral cord traction of a user of a big body and that of a small body by using a same single exercise assisting instrument.SOLUTION: An exercise assisting instrument 10 is formed from an elastic material. The exercise assisting instrument 10 has a semi-cylindrical shape being enclosed with two semi-circular end faces 11L, 11R facing each other with an interval in lateral direction, a bottom surface 13 and a bent surface 12 interposed between the two semi-circular end faces 11L, 11R. In the exercise assisting instrument 10, in a case where a user's neck part is put down on a first recess 14 with a rear end part 9B facing a shoulder side of the user, a contact portion of the neck part in the first recess 14 crushes a second recess 15 while sinking downward.</p> |
