Provided is an attachment structure for a lighting device, with which it is possible to reduce the time that attachment requires and stably attach a lighting device to a curved surface on which the lighting device is to be attached without using a screw member. This attachment structure (10) for a lighting device (200) is equipped with: a base (40) provided on a curved surface (36) of a door lining (12) and having a plate-shaped base section (44); and an attachment part (42) provided on the base (40) and used for affixing the lighting device (200) to the base section (44).
