PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a belt-type automatic transmission, capable of preventing water or dust from easily entering an intake duct in rainfall or car washing and expanding the degree of freedom in design. SOLUTION: In a motor cycle including a belt-type automatic transmission 117 extending from one side in right and left direction of an engine 116 to the rear and transmitting power to a rear wheel 118, an intake port 167 of an intake duct 150 for guiding the outside air into a belt case 143 of the belt-type automatic transmission 117 is opened on the side of a vehicle body, and a partitioning plate 172 for closing a part of the intake port 167 is attachably detachably fixed.
