<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a recording medium improved in adhesion between a metal surface and ink while maintaining the excellent appearance of the metal surface. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the recording medium includes an ultraviolet ray irradiation process for irradiating the metal surface of an element assembly having the metal surface with ultraviolet rays, and an application process for applying a coupling agent containing a silane compound having an acryloxy group and/or methacryloxy group to the metal surface irradiated with the ultraviolet rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
