<p>The invention relates to an engine cylinder head, mainly for a diesel engine, that comprises at least one body (1) having an essentially planar area (8), or cylinder head, capable of closing at least one combustion chamber (6) of said engine, and a housing (9) opening at the level of said cylinder head (8) and communicating with said combustion chamber (6), wherein said cylinder head further includes a member (10) for measuring the pressure in the combustion chamber.
