PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three point supporting and double insulator type dead-end device which can be attached without modifying an existing support arm for attaching a triple insulator type dead-end device and which is of a simple structure having stability. SOLUTION: In the three point supporting and double insulator type dead-end device 1, a ground side balance yoke 13 is connected to three attachment points 10, 10, 10 for attaching the triple insulator type dead-end device, prepared on the existing support arm 50, via a coupling metals, and a line connection hardware 2 is connected to the ground side balance yoke 13, the line connection hardware 2 extending as from double insulator chains 23, 23 of the double insulator type dead-end device to electric wire clamps 36 via a line side yoke 26. The ground side balance yoke 13 is constituted of two side-by-side ground side yokes 14, 14 connected by the coupling metals connected to the three attachment points 10, 10, 10 of the existing support arm 50.
