An apparatus 10 suitable for forming a sheet of dough from a non-binding wet mixture includes an inlet hopper 112 for receiving the non-binding mixture. The hopper 112 is situated above a pair of first 16 and second 18 rollers positioned to define a working space 20 between them and third roller 22 positioned, in use, under the working space 20. The sheet of mixture exiting the working space 20 lands on an upper region of the third roller 22. The apparatus 10 is configured to drive the third roller 22 such that the upper region of the roller rotates towards the outlet 24. A delivery substrate 26 having a first end region adjacent an upper half of the third roller 22 receives the sheet of mixture from the third roller 22 for transporting the sheet to a main conveyor 28. |
