摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method in which a slag-like deposit is made so as not to be formed in a first step of a precursor thermal treatment, and simultaneously, an including carbon nanocapsule precursor is contained in a large amount in a formed fullerene soot. SOLUTION: The production method is so configured that in a helium atmosphere introduced in a discharge vessel, a polyphase alternating current having phase differences is applied, respectively, to three or more discharge electrodes arranged two- or three-dimensionally to thereby generate arc discharge; a composite carbon raw material is evaporated using a plasma region formed by the arc discharge; and the evaporated entire amount is made to condense in the plasma region and to be deposited on the inner wall of the discharge vessel, wherein the helium pressure in the discharge vessel is made to be 15 to 90 Torr, whereby an including micro-carbon nanocapsule-like substance including an inclusion substance is deposited on the vessel inner wall as an including carbon nanocapsule precursor.
