<p>The invention relates to a device (1) for the detection of substances present in a fluid stream, said device having at least two field effect transistors (3a, 3b, 3c) as measurement sensors, wherein the field effect transistors (3a, 3b, 3c) each comprise a gate electrode (9), a source electrode (5), and a drain electrode (7). The source electrodes (5) and the drain electrodes (7) of all field effect transistors (3a, 3b, 3c) acting as measurement sensors are connected in parallel. The device (1) further comprises means for switching (11), wherein a gate voltage is applied to the operating point (UA) and a reverse voltage (USp) is applied to the inputs of the means for switching (11), and the gate electrode (9) of each field effect transistor (3a, 3b, 3c) is connected to an output of a means for switching (11), such that the gate voltage at the operating point (UA) or the reverse voltage (USp) may be applied to all field effect transistors (3a, 3b, 3c) independently of one another.</p> |
