The present invention relates to an installation structure of a balise fixing device for controlling a train signal and, more specifically, to an installation structure of a fixing device, which is installed on an upper surface of a sleeper supporting a railroad to fix the railroad, for fixing a balise for transmitting land information by making both ends of the fixing device fastened with a fixing unit and arranged on the sleeper to be supported, wherein the fixing unit includes: a holding part having a fastening hole and a curved support surface; and an elastic spring which is inserted into the fastening hole and pressures and fixes the railroad by elasticity. The fixing device includes: a support panel which is arranged on an upper part of the sleeper, has the balise fastened and fixed to the center of the upper surface part thereof, and has insertion protrusions formed on both sides thereof; and fastening devices which are inserted into the insertion protrusions and are pressured and fixed by elasticity of the elastic spring. An expansion part is arranged on the center of the support panel so that the balise is fastened and fixed by a bolt. A gap maintaining unit is formed on the bottom of the expansion part so that a pair of gap maintaining protrusions faces each other. A mounting groove part is formed on the sleeper supporting the railroad. The gap maintaining unit is arranged on the support panel to which the balise is coupled. Therefore, the installation structure of a balise fixing device can prevent the balise from malfunctioning or being damaged by repetitive vibration by preventing vibration caused by a running train from being transferred from the sleeper to the balise installed on the support panel.
