PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display system which, when an abnormal situation in environment has occurred, is capable of informing a user of the occurrence of the abnormal situation via a display device close to the user such as a television device as well as informing the user's state to a server device.SOLUTION: An information display system 1 connects a communication terminal device 30 to a television device 10. When an abnormal situation in environment has occurred, the information display system 1 displays information about the abnormal situation in the environment and a question screen for abnormal situation including a plurality of questions to the user about the user's state on the television device 10 by processing the communication terminal device 30. When watching the question screen for abnormal situation, the user (someone being guarded) answers the questions by using a remote controller. The answers are transferred to a server device 2 via the communication terminal device 30, thereby the server device 2 can remotely grasp the user's state at the time of the abnormal situation in the environment occurred.
