PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an interior member capable of supporting an interior member stably even when thickness of a periphery of a part of the interior member where a boss part abuts is not even.SOLUTION: Provided is the fitting structure of an interior member for fastening an interior member (second interior member 8) by a fastening member 7 to a boss part 4 disposed on a base member 3. On a surface facing the boss part 4 in the interior member and being a periphery of the position where the boss part 4 is disposed, a level difference part 84 which is dented deeper than other part is formed. On the periphery of the boss part 4, a first contact part (first rib 5) contacting to the bottom surface of the level difference part 84 and a second contact part (second rib 52) contacting to a surface of other part are disposed. |
