PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution promotion liquid for promoting the elution of noble metals, and a method for recovering noble metals using the elution promotion liquid.SOLUTION: The elution promotion liquid is used before waste whose surface is stuck with noble metals is eluted into an acidic solution to recover the noble metals. The elution promotion liquid includes a chelating agent or a surfactant or an organic compound used as an ion exchange resin. The method includes: a step of immersing the waste into the elution promotion liquid; and a step of immersing the waste into the solution to elute the noble metals. |
