The present invention provides an apparatus for cutting a notch groove of a headrest stay rod, comprising: a mold portion having a molding space; a mounting portion installed in the mold portion to be disposed in the molding space and in which a hollow pipe is mounted; and a cutting processing portion which is installed to be lifted in the mold portion and cuts the outer side surface of the pipe again to process the notch groove when lifted once. In addition, the present invention also provides a method for cutting the notch groove of the headrest stay rod. |
