According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for repairing a main runner which comprises the steps of: installing a skimmer plate along the inside of the main runner in a state where the skimmer plate is connected to lower frame parts which are arranged at a regular interval; supplying a refractory material to an upper part of the skimmer plate and a gap between the main runner and a frame; and drying the refractory material through a burner and incinerating the skimmer plate.
