摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control method of particulate matters in a blast furnace that suppresses flow rate dispersion of particulate matters blown into each tuyere over many hours in blast furnace operation.SOLUTION: A carrier gas 33 carries particulate matters 25 to a plurality of tuyeres 11 and blows the particulate matters 25 into a blast furnace 1 through the plurality of tuyeres 11. The flow rate of the particulate matters blown through each of the plurality of tuyeres 11 in a predetermined time and the carrier gas flow rate corresponding to the flow rate of the particulate matters are measured a plurality of times. A relational expression is obtained between a plurality of deviations of the flow rates of particulate matters and a plurality of carrier gas flow rates corresponding to the measured flow rate of particulate matters through a target tuyere 12, wherein the plurality of deviations of the flow rates of particulate matters are obtained by subtracting an average value of the plurality of measured flow rates of particulate matters from the measured flow rate of particulate matters through the target tuyere 12 among the plurality of tuyeres 11. The carrier gas flow rate to the target tuyere 12 is set based on the relational expression so that the flow rate of the particulate matters to be blown into the target tuyere 12 at a time t is the above average value.
