PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a curable resin composition which enables production of a curable resin composition comprising an unsaturated urethane oligomer and a (meth)acrylic monomer greatly different in viscosity, mixed uniformly, with excellent mass productivity.SOLUTION: A method of producing a curable resin composition includes a step of reacting a polyol (A1) with a polyisocyanate (A2) in a reactor 1 provided with a reaction vessel 10 and stirring means 20 which is arranged in the reaction vessel 10 and has a helical ribbon blade 24 and a lower paddle blade 26 to obtain an isocyanate-terminal urethane prepolymer (A), a step of adding a (meth)acryl monomer (B) having an active hydrogen group to the reaction vessel 1 to react with the isocyanate-terminal urethane polymer (A) so as to obtain an unsaturated urethane oligomer (I) and a step of adding a (meth)acryl monomer (II) to the reaction vessel and mixing. |
