In certain embodiments, the disclosure relates to glycopeptides that contain one more modified amino acids conjugated to a saccharide or polysaccharide. In certain embodiments, the disclosure relates to uses of the glycopeptides as anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, or anti-metastatic agents.
