PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a vehicle which effectively absorbs impact.SOLUTION: A floor structure 10 of a vehicle comprises a floor panel 20, a dash panel 30 and a floor pad 40. The floor pad 40 is placed over the floor panel 20 and the dash panel 30. The floor pad 40 comprises a base 41 and an impact absorbing part 42. The impact absorbing part 42 comprises: a vertical wall part 45 rising from the base 41; an upper wall part 46 which is provided for an upper end part of the vertical wall part 45 and extends toward the dash panel 30 side; and a deformation allowable part 48 which is provided for the dash panel 30 side with vertical wall part 45 laid between them and allows deformation of the vertical wall part 45.
