Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device and a system for obtaining a mobile network data resource. The data resource obtaining method provided by the present invention comprises: a first base station receiving an obtaining request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the obtaining request comprises description information about a requested data resource that is to be obtained; when the first base station determines that a data resource corresponding to the description information is not stored in the local cache, the first base station sending an obtaining request to a second base station whose local cache stores the data resource; the first base station receiving the data resource sent by the second base station and corresponding to the description information and sending the resource to the mobile terminal. Embodiments of the present invention can prevent the problem that a lot of uplink network broadband is occupied after the P2P transmission mechanism is introduced into a mobile network.
