PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an organization and a state identified by combining determinations obtained with two types of indices on component substances in a biological substance.SOLUTION: A display device for displaying two-dimensional spectrum feature quantity has identification means for identifying respective data using OR or AND of a threshold for each spectrum feature quantity, regarding data groups having a plurality of feature quantities.
