PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device and an information exchange method that allow optional writing to be carried out and displayed.SOLUTION: A processing device includes: a chuck table for holding a workpiece; processing means for processing the workpiece held by the chuck table: imaging means for imaging a surface of the workpiece held by the chuck table; control means for controlling the processing means and the imaging means; and a touch panel 40 for displaying an operation screen for inputting and setting a processing condition for the image imaged by the imaging means and the control means. On the touch panel 40, a memo screen 45 can be displayed on which free writing can be carried out, and on the memo screen 45, a result of pressing the touch panel 40 is displayed along a pressed track and thereby optional writing information PI can be displayed on the touch panel 40. |
