PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a surface-smoothed fluororesin film with improved adhesiveness, produced through a plasma etching treatment to smooth a surface of a fluororesin film obtained by a skiving method which is low in adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a surface-smoothed fluororesin film comprises applying a plasma etching treatment to at least one surface of a fluororesin film having surface roughness (Rz) over 1.00 μm, obtained by a skiving method, until the surface roughness (Rz) of the one surface becomes 0.10-1.00 μm.
