MODIFIED ENDOTOXIC BACTERIA LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDE (VARIANTS), COMBINATION OF MODIFIED LIPOPOLYSACCHARIDES (VARIANTS) AND, CONTAINING SAME, A VACCINE (VARIANTS) AND A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION (VARIANTS)

Derived for the first time are individual (without the addition of penta- and hexa-acyl derivatives) di-, tri- and tetra-acyl S-LPS of endotoxic bacteria and combinations thereof, and the immunobiological, physicochemical and chemical-pharmaceutical properties thereof have been studied. Shown for the first time is the possibility of the clinical use of same directly in the form of vaccines or pharmaceutical compositions containing modified S-LPS individually as a monocomponent active substance, or a combination thereof as di- and tri-component active substances, respectively. Modified S-LPS and combinations thereof have a high degree of safety and exhibit low pyrogenicity and high immunogenicity. The vaccines and pharmaceutical compositions developed on the basis of the above demonstrate anti-shock activity, high efficacy and specificity, a broad spectrum of activity and good chemical-pharmaceutical parameters.
