The present invention relates to a polybenzimidazole nano-composite membrane using silsesquioxane containing a amine group; a method for manufacturing the same; and a fuel cell including the same. The polybenzimidazole nano-composite membrane includes: a benzimidazole-based polymer; and polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane represented by Chemical Formula 1. According to the present invention, an electrolyte membrane for a high molecular electrolyte fuel cell which can be used at high temperatures of 120-200°C under a non-humidified condition can be manufactured.
