The present invention relates to a method for optimizing an energy system of a building using complex energy. The method comprises: a first step of identifying a demand for maximum building energy required for cooling, heating, and hot-water supply of the building to be designed; a second step of selecting a plurality of initial individuals from an individual group such that the identified demand for the maximum building energy is included in a predetermined range; a third step of determining an operation ration according to the type of the cooling, the heating, and the hot-water supply of the selected individual; a fourth step of calculating energy based on the operation ratio to calculate primary energy usage; a fifth step of evaluating an individual fitness with respect to each of the plurality of initial individuals based on the primary energy usage, selecting a dominant individual having an individual fitness among the evaluated results, and selecting a second individual including the selected dominant individual; and repeating the third to the fifth steps until the primary energy usage converges to a predetermined value. |
