<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pyrolyzing tank for waste plastics enabling inhibition of coking on the inner wall of the tank and lowering of the pyrolyzing temperature of waste plastics. <P>SOLUTION: A method for pyrolyzing the waste plastic comprises charging the waste plastic in a tank body (11) together with a catalyst being the mixture of calcined lime and active white clay to pyrolyze, and extracting the gas of an oil generated by pyrolysis from an extraction outlet (11B). The charged waste plastic and catalyst mixture are agitated by rotation of an agitator (12). The waste plastic in the tank body is heated from the inside by high-temperature vapor circulating a shaft (12A) and agitation blade (12B), and at the same time is heated from the outside by circulating the high-temperature vapor to the jacket (10) of the outside of the tank body. Further, by the high-temperature vapor jetting out from the tip of the agitation blade, coking on the inner wall of the tank is inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
