The present invention relates to a speaker grill and an antenna assembly using the same. The speaker grill according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body in which multiple resonance holes are formed; and an antenna feeding unit which is protruded from the main body and electrically connected to an antenna unit to be formed in an antenna carrier. The antenna assembly using a speaker grill according to the other embodiment of the present invention comprises: the speaker grill; an antenna carrier in which the speaker grill is installed; and an antenna unit which is formed in the antenna carrier and is electrically connected to the speaker grill.
