<p>A purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-pressure casting and forging apparatus capable of performing a casting process and a forging process with one apparatus while improving a quality characteristic of a formed product, saving manufacturing costs, and being able to mass-produce products, and a method for manufacturing a high-pressure casting and forging member. The present invention includes a casting free form forming process wherein molten metal is supplied in a cavity of a mold for high-pressure casting to form a casting free form having a cylindrical portion and an axial cross section formed in a shape of a recessed groove or a U-shape, and the molten metal is quickly cooled and coagulated while being pressed to form a casting free form which becomes material of oversaturatedαphase or a densified and miniaturized group; and a forging process wherein a predetermined forging space is formed inside the mold for high-pressure casting, the cylindrical portion and the floor of the casting free form are forged in predetermined shapes to completely press a defect inside the casting free form for densification.</p> |
