FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. A method is proposed to begin a secondary usage of spectral range with no negative influence on the communication services that carry out primary usage of this range. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining first device communication environment data from that device. Then goes determination of whether the second communication service is available, that uses a part or the whole of the spectral range of the first communication service, when obtained communication environment data meets the first condition. Afterwards, permission is given to the first or to the second communication device to use the second communication service if the communication environment data meets the second condition.EFFECT: communication quality improvement.11 cl, 13 dwg |
