PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping coating composition easy to inhibit the corrosion of metals. SOLUTION: The vibration-damping coating composition contains a water-based resin dispersion liquid in which resin particles for forming a coating film are dispersed in a water-based dispersion medium, and inorganic particles as a vibration damping-improving agent for the coating film. The inorganic particle includes a first particle having a mean particle size of 1-10 m and a second particle of 1-100 nm.
