PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that leakage occurs in a seal material especially in a container valve or an external device when supplying a high pressure gas having a pressure force of 4 MPaG or more from a container filled with high pressure. SOLUTION: A method for supplying a high-pressure gas supplies a gas which is filled in the container with high pressure and contains toxic gas, special high-pressure gas, or inert gas to the external device through the container valve of the container. This method for supplying the high-pressure gas is characterized in that the gas is guided to the external device through the device having a shock wave damping mechanism.
