PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine facilitating connection of wiring even if the whole width of a connection terminal device is reduced. SOLUTION: The connection terminal device 600 includes a base body 602 and a plurality of wiring connection parts 604a, 604b formed at the base body 602. The wiring connection parts 604a, 604b includes openings into which the wiring is inserted; terminal plates electrically connected to the wiring; swing operating members supported, at one ends, in a swingable manner to the base body 602 and formed, at the other ends, with push-in operating parts, and further formed with pressing parts for pressing the wiring to the terminal plates; and coil springs for urging the swing operating members. The height of the push-in operating part in one wiring connection part 604b of the adjacent wiring connection parts, is set higher than the push-in operating part in the other wiring connection part 604a.
